He looked super physical vs state. And I get it, better competition. But it doesn't make sense how weak and unathletic he seems to be in most games

Roll Milroe out right...if he just takes off on a designed run and builds up a head of steam he'll get 3 yards... just designed run, no pass option where he doesn't get momentum.
