I was so aggravated when we played Michigan in the Citrus Bowl a few years back. Michigan couldn't move the ball consistently down field but whenever they needed a first down, that pass to the RB out in the flats was ALWAYS open.

I'm pretty sure Outzs isn't being told to block. Majority of the time the tight ends get off the line without chipping
