I'm legitimately wondering how someone watched Buchner and thought he would be better than Milroe or Ty Simpson

Well, that was awful lol. You hire a bad staff and you get bad results. I haven’t liked what we’ve been doing with our hires and thought we’d underperform our talent, but damn, this is beyond anything even I would’ve expected.

Bad hires at coordinator and key positions where we brought in great talent which never got developed
Boz you know I have taken a lot of shite back in 2019, 20 criticizing Golding and the last two years going after Bill O'Brien.
Bill obviously didn't develop any QBs. Our OL talent hasn't been developed as well. We need to actually develop these talents not just hope they come out and play well.
This is all about bad hires.
