I appreciate everything Milroe has done for Bama, but it's painfully obvious to anyone paying attention that it's time for him to move on from Bama. He could thrive at Oregon or under Lincoln Riley.

LOL no he absolutely fricking could not. Slants and shallow crossing patterns were non existent due to his inability to successfully execute them. He is NOT A QUARTERBACK. As many others here have stated, BOB was correct and is having the last laugh. There is not an offensive system out there in which Milroe can be successful at this point.

Winks gave him an NFL test today and he shite the bed.

The only coach that could possibly make Milroe serviceable is Gus.

Can't fairly judge DeBoer till we see another QB actually run DeBoer's offense. Should be Ty Simpson next year but I think Austin Mack will be a star for Bama in the future.

KD sent Milroe out there time after time, that is on the coach.

It was great having the announcers point out Milroe couldn't scan the field and find the open receivers, which there were many, but also we need an OL coach to help these guys find their sacks and man up.Michigan pushed our OL around all day.

Why should it be? By never benching Milroe despite horrific play that cost us winnable games against terrible teams, DeBoer has basically said Ty Simpson is worse.
However, I refuse to believe Ty Simpson is worse.

If I had taken a drink every time the announcers said Milroe just isn't reading the field well, then I wouldn't be able to go in to work tonight.

I’m here for you and doing my part… wife is big mad coming in from work… I told her this was on Milroe and that’s who she should direct her anger at… I kicked the dog just to cover my bases though.

Where was quarterback development this year?

100 percent agree. Milroe is not a college QB (just blitz him) but the o line is just plain poor. We have coaches with a PE degree making millions that are not even competent coaches. All you have to do is blitz Milroe and he has no clue and you cannot convince me that our PE coaches have a clue either. But, we don’t have a quarterback with nearly the competence as the Vandy QB.
And don’t tell me that Milroe is a great athlete. He is pretty fast straight straight on speed, but not quick feet and no ability to improvise.
