The announcers for this game were wretched.

Also, I'd gouge my eyes out if my team were coached by Buzz Peterson.

Sloppy, sloppy, playing style. I suppose it works somewhat but it's ugly as shite. Zero flow to their games.

The announcers were horrid. They were openly rooting for A&M and making excuses for them on the missed free throws.

Game had some good and some bad that has been hashed out. I’ll just say that not many teams will have a 2-0 road week in the SEC this year. Good to get that done!

A&M isn’t a talented team right now.

Maybe with Taylor back they’re deserving of their ranking but talentwise right now that’s a top 25 team not a top 10 squad if the officials aren’t letting them body people.

I don’t see that as a shot at Broome. I mean Broome has played through injury this year and I’m sure if he were able he’d have stayed in there.

Ridiculous to assume that he was taking a shot at Broome.

Cory Alexander was quietly rooting for atm. It seemed one sided on the announcing and a bit on the officiating side.

Yeah he’s obnoxious. He was definitely pulling for A&M to win. He kept whining about them missing free throws and how Wade Taylor didn’t play.

He was trying to coax the Flagrant foul on Youngblood.

Youngblood needed a game like tonight and man he made big shots and grabbed some big rebounds. It's nice to see that when Grant, Philon and Stevenson are pretty quiet offensively we have so many fall back plans developing. We are a tough out, for anybody.

UCF is handling Arizona's 1-2-2 press correctly. We either have a bad plan of attack, or players made mistakes in their alignment and/or execution tonight.

And didn’t seem to care when Stevenson should have had a flagrant foul late in the second half. Cory Alexander is dogshit.

We had a few mistakes against the press (costly at that) but we got wherever we wanted on the court the majority of the night.

We just beat a top ten team on the road, but suck UCF's dick tonight if you want.

Correct... You can handle the press by leaving help near the ball at all times, but that's kind of the point of the press is to take you out of your scheme and make you have to run a half court offense once you get through the press. Our preference is to break the press with 2 and then make the opponent pay without even numbers.

Oh, I agree. I would still like to see us improve vs the press, and in late shot clock situations. Maybe a little self-scouting will occur. I trust Oats.
