That is a 1-in-a-million picture. That is back when teams feared playing us. We were a machine.

Let's hope we can make another one today

%s --- LSU 70% chance to win. Bama 30% chance to win.
If things go well for us, Bama 28 - LSU 24.
If things go bad for us, LSU 38 - Bama 20 and we melt like the Tenn game.
Based on our past few games, by the 4th Q our D is gonna be gassed and Kiffin is going to make some statement points. But we'll see. Its hard to be optimistic about our coaching brain-trust.

I'm expecting a 31-10 kind of loss.
But it is in Tiger Stadium, we could win it 45-17 or some weird shite like that.
Who tf knows?
We are in very weird times right now.

Yeah expect to lose pretty badly today. Think the defense gets absolutely worked today

Is this an Alabama board or where to learn about the menstrual cycle?

The DeBoer era is like a candy bowl at a grandparent's house. You might get something fresh and good or you might get something that's been there since the Bush administration.

Feels like the whole game rests on KR to do something super human today against immense pressure.
Could he ... Maybe, but that's the game plan

I think we were probably a fairly difficult scout for LSU.
We've been playing for weeks without multiple key pieces that are expected back today, and Deboer has historically had his teams ready coming out of a bye week.
I think if our offense can stay ahead of the chains, especially early in the game, we will be in good shape. 3rd and 4th downs will play a critical role in this game. The guys on defense that tend to get picked on during crucial plays will be picked on a lot harder today, they are going to have to be on their game.
Just don't let the game get away from you early and provide something on offense early. If we can settle in offensively and they game is close at the half, 17-14 or so, we will come out and win it

Well, you’ve covered the whole spectrum quite well: anything from a 28 point win to a 21 point loss. My guess is that it will be within that range too :-). I.e., you are just as clueless as most.
Much depends on how “back” are Ryan, Brown, Green, Delgatty, Carroll, Crowell, 70%, 80%, 100%; did Pierre heal up over the break? Are Taylor and Edwards ready to contribute a lot now, will Wommack let them; can X make a meaningful contribution; was Henry just a momentary flash, can his shortcomings be hidden for a game? Has Russell improved enough over the break? Etc.
Schemes and strategy matter, but player availability and selection matter more, IMO. If Alabama can run the ball like Grubb said, that will likely go a long way in determining the outcome.

If we rush for 5 yards on our first run play, we win.
If we rush for 2 or less yards on our first run play, we lose.
Seriously, I hope we don't come out on offense with deep drop backs trying to hit a homerun ball right off the bat. As with every game, we need something better than 1-2 yards on first down. First down plays just absolutely kill us...and I think this might be a game where we have to put up bigger points to win.
Lane may be a walking VD, but he's smart enough to keep attacking the deep middle of our defense over and over again with a few slants thrown in for guaranteed third down conversions.
I just still feel like we still don't have one area we can hang our hat on...I think both the offense and defense are capable of having great games, but it's just hard to have a high level of confidence going up against a talented team on the road. The way the road environment at Tennessee made them look worries me. Hope I'm wrong.
