I watched a lot of the mizz game and their QB is special. Not sure about top 3 but he is close. OM QB is probably top 3.
MSU QB perhaps but hard to judge him off yesterday since he had a gimpy leg. UTenn QB is not it. It might be easier to eliminate the ones we know are bottom feeders like AU, SC to get to this.

Stockton at UGA is having a good year but his ceiling is nowhere near the other guys.
I like Simmons at Mizzou but nobody is taking him over KR. Same with Arch, the shine is kinda off him at this point. Good player but not what they all thought he'd be.

Chambliss, Russell, Taylor, and Simmons are elite quarterbacks in my opinion. These guys will start games in the NFL. Stockton is like Dawg Jake Coker if he had multiple years in the offense to polish his game (so Jake Coker from like 4th quarter 2015 TSIO through the natty). Arch Manning is a game manager with legs...he's probably more like Jalen Hurts if we're making Alabama comps.

One caveat on Chambliss is he'll be 25 before he suits up for his first NFL game. I think that could hurt his draft value a tad because he'd almost certainly have a shorter "prime" even if he were a big-time pro.
In that respect, the last 3 have much higher "potential" because none of them will be older than 21 when they reach the NFL. Simmons is already classified as a senior and is only 20 years old. He's also 6'4'' 220lb unlike Chambliss who is listed 6ft but probably shorter. There is a good chance the QB who got Pipp'd by Chambliss goes well before him in the draft.

I agree with that.
Id compare Chambliss to Baker Mayfield and Arch to Daniel Jones.
Taylor and Russell are hard to compare to other QBs. KR is playing a lot like prime Jayden Daniels but I think he has a higher ceiling. He will get bigger and he is probably faster.
KT im gonna say Dante Culpepper. But I think KT has a really high ceiling too.

This one is really good. That's exactly who he is...

Great call on Wally Pipp. I bet there’s quite a few on this board who have no clue who he is.

I agree with all but this. I don’t think he’s faster than JD.

He’s as good right now as Jayden Daniels ever was in college. He might not be faster, but he has a way higher ceiling.

Based on his track times he’s actually (significantly) faster.
Keelon ran 22.31 200m as a junior. Daniels ran 23.64 as a junior.

Wally played Doug Heffernen on King of Queens.

Over the last 3 games he's been the best QB in the country, not just the SEC. He's been pretty much perfect and is only getting better. My favorite thing is he really seems to know when to run, and our tes and receivers are paying attention when he runs and turn into downfield blockers. Teams have to respect the passing threat and it just opens up nice running opportunities for him. I only ever want him to run out of pass plays, be should never have designed QB runs. Put the te out in the flat on a play action with the line run blocking the other way to draw the lbs over, bootleg away from the run blocking and read the corner, if he stays with the te, run it, if he is watching the QB go over his head to the te. Keelon can outrun everybody's lbs. That's like an automatic 8 yards, id pepper that sort of stuff in until they adjust to stop it, then give the same look and run it instead

I think he would dust Daniels

Did you never see the sitcom King of Queens? What does that have to do with baseball?

Chambliss, KR, Taylor, Simmons, and Stockton round out Top 5. Will add that Chambliss is only above KR due to him having more experience in the league.
