Changes nothing, but that blatant cheating has to be called out. And if it's incompetence to that level, they should be fired.

The obvious PI no call is what everyone is talking about, but it was the entire game...from spotting the ball to the clock. RCW obviously targeted...INT reversed without clear video evidence, multiple facemask no calls...I mean, it's just blatant to the point it needs to be investigated.

The team and staff need to move on and focus on Tennessee, but our admins need to raise hell after that complete embarrassment.

It felt rigged. Like the Tennessee game a few years ago.

It will never, ever, ever change until there are consequences. They should have to attend press conferences and answer for this shite.

The problem is there is a shortage of officials at every level of the sport. So you naturally end up with a huge pool of guys that suck at their job and retain it. Siskey brought it up on his pod, but the SEC partnered with the sun belt as a conference to pull from, and they had the worst officials in the country.

I mean look back to the Texas/Tennessee game. These guys don’t even know the fricking rules. That’s what happens when part time workers are officiating games with billions of dollars wagered.

We do this "take the high road" crap and that has allowed rocky top, UGA, etc to have more influence in the conference we built than we do.

It's those two who were pursing LSU; not us. It's those two who always have benefits. One with seemingly always friendly schedules and the other with referee homecooking so blatant you would think they all graduated from tennessee.

We should have caused a big stir so many times but we never do. So they continue to dominate us there and we continue to be their bitch. When they don't want us to have a player we can't have them. When they want to screw us, we can't do anything about it. However we rarely get benefits yet the entire conferences mystique is built off of Alabama's football success

Well, I guess it’s fitting that corpulent frick Matt Austin only works part time for ESPN as a “rules analyst” because he sucks worse than the officials he runs cover for.

A billion dollar industry with part time incompetent boobs determining outcomes. Bank accounts need to be examined.
Missed calls are part of the game, but tonight it was from start to finish and it looked intentional.

The refs have been fricking us right in the arse every single week but we often let it go because we win said games by multiple scores. But people have warned in every game thread that if it continies, officials will cost us dearly in a close game and they sure as hell did tonight.

Something has to give. There's no "forgive and forget" after this shitshow. Byrne and Saban better be flipping tables in Sankey's office tomorrow morning.

It fricking amazes me how coaches will get punished harder for calling out these corrupt pieces of shite than these pieces of shite are for literally costing a team a game.

Sadly the Bama admin will sit on their hands and do nothing. Like always.

Why spend over three hours watching a football game that is decided by officials. Some of the non-calls were so flagrant that either the officials are vision impaired or there may be another possibility. How much money do you think some criminal organization would pay an official to not call a penalty on a team they want to win the game?

At the end of the day whether it was incompetence or a rigged outcome I care less now about college football than I did before.

This is a massively flawed sport in every facet right now.

It seems to me that - IF we are going to utilize Instant Replay where the booth buzzes down about questionable calls - the next step would be to add buzzing in about questionable NO CALLS - at least consequential no calls? I can see that they can't review every single holding call, but last night was crazy

The TARGETING on Ryan was a huge miss. That was textbook targeting.

my opinion is simple. those refs did exactly what they were sent there to do. you can't ignore that many egregious penalties against one team and it not be on purpose.

sadly, i don't think that's the end of it. bama may set a single game record for penalties in neyland stadium next saturday.

Time to pay refs NFL wages. This shits out of control. Half of these jack legs were officiating 6A high school football a few years ago.

I know people that were in charge of getting refs to and from the games and would always here stories how they would bring PB&Js to eat and take the food that the schools provided home to their families. That’s how fvcking poor they are.

And the replay review guys are basically voluntary at this point.

Shits insane.

Most of the first half calls went against UGA.

I think it’s somewhat good that the guy being held out as an expert is being exposed to this degree as a fraud.

The fact that he could say that the ball was uncatchable when it literally hit his leg is so egregious that hopefully the entire league can come together and say enough is enough.

We are about to see some more crap officiating next week.

I understand home cooking but it clearly no longer applies to Bama.

Are we paying our dividends for the Saban era? I dunno seems like we are getting no advantages at BDS.

Alabama officials should demand accountability with those officials...I truly believe there was something intentional going on last night.

There have been bad missed calls...it happens and we complain...but the only other time I've truly felt the fix was in was 2022 at Tennessee. Last night was the same.

I would suggest making it "Too Big to Rig" next Saturday.
