A Few Reminders for Alabama Fans

1. This was DeBoer's first SEC game
2. This was his 4th game coaching with a completely new staff and completely new roster
3. This is the 4th game our players have played in with completely new schemes on offense and defense
4. A fair number of players on both sides of the ball played in their 4th college game EVER
5. We were playing the #2 team in the country, with arguably the best HC (and DC) in the country

If anyone is disappointed tonight they’re dumb. Doesn’t mean we can’t clean up the mistakes, but we just beat a (most likely) playoff bound team in deboers 4th game. On top of it, it seems like Jalen is being coached up.

Don’t know they needed that win tonight. They still have to go to Texas, OM and TN in their schedule. That’s three possible losses. They’d have to go 2-1 vs that schedule to have a chance.
