I feel like the defense still isnt where it needs to be, a lot of missed open shots by the opponents has helped us out the first 3 games. I know because of our quicker pace it's not going to be as good as last year but it needs to be better than what its been these first 3 games.

I think defensively we ll get there, especially when Riley and Braxton get back. Having a couple of veterans will help with communication. The thing is I think now we have the firepower to blow games open with a few key defensive stops in each game

Dick Vitale is annoying and his opinion no longer matters after he took up for Pitino the way he did.

Alabama is up to number 22 In Ken Poms rankings.
After today, we wil have a better idea of some of our competition down the road. After next week, if we go undefeated, we will be top 15 easily and have everyone on notice.

Damn I can't wait to get Key back.. It'll be too hard for teams too sag and play help defense when you have Petty, Key, Sexton, Herb/Hall on the floor at the same time.

I can't wait for Key to get back either. He goes from #1 offensive option and #1 target for defenses to #3 or #4. He's going to get so many easy looks and drives. Gonna feel like he's playing against air.

Sexton, Petty, Ingram, Key, and Hall

That starting line-up is going to be fun to watch in transition. Four good passers and shooters and all of them good finishers and capable of being on the receiving end of alley-oops.

Yea I like a 4 who can shoot a bit. I get giddy just thinking about facing a spaced out defense with Ingram and Sexton driving

I'm just so happy. I woke again with a huge smile on my face. I will try to make it to Tuesday's game as well and most definitely will try and go to the Texas game in Birmingham. The crowds are going to continue to grow and once football season ends all eyes will be on Coleman Coliseum

How is the #BuckleUp offensive philosophy translating so far in year 3? Check out the average offensive possession lengths by year below, along with the national rank in parentheses. 2015-16 = 18.8 seconds (320th) 2016-17 = 18.7 seconds (301st) 2017-18 = 14.0 seconds (18th)

Hate that I missed last nights game. Forgot we were playing. First one I've missed this season. Looking forward to the next game.
