PLEASE let them change it. One and done players are killing college basketball.

No way it would take effect immediately.

I'm in favor of this. Give kids like Ferguson the option to just go ahead and try your talents at the next level, or just play a few years in college.

Baseball rule is probably the best all around, but for the league and for college, the football rule is best. We'll see how much pull the players have, and how much criticism the NBA is willing to take.

If they close the JuCo loophole, I think the baseball rule works fine for basketball too. Unlike baseball, there are only two rounds to the NBA draft so teams aren't going to waste picks on players unless they're a Kobe or LeBron. Virtually all players would be looking at a 3 year college career.

Imagine if the rule went through in time and we were guaranteed two years with Kira and Watford?

Assuming you aren't counting A&M, three are. UCF is on ESPNU, UTA is on SECN, and Arizona is on ESPN2.

Texas-Arlington plays @BYU tomorrow. That'll give us a good look at our next two opponents.

We've started off well, but it's a big step up now. UT-A is a really good team.

Didn't they beat OU in their exhibition?

Not sure if OU had their full roster go or not, but UT-A beat them by 15. Their first real game was a 5 point win over Loyola Marymount.

It's a real shame when that game is scheduled. Most of the students won't even be in town. I wish it was Monday or had been tonight.

So what are some things you could see the team improving on right now? Mine is transition D.
