The thing that infuriates me and it was glaring against Arkansas is how little urgency and recognition of the situation we play with. Home game against an Arkansas team that if you beat you essentially locked up an NCAA tourney bid yet we seemed to just be going through the motions. It's almost as if coaching staff, players, and even the fans were just going through the motions like we'very just resigned ourselves to the fact we're an NIT quality team this year and we're cool with it. No diving for loose balls, trapping, pressing, forcing the issue on offense or defense. All the bracketology this year has been in love with us (Lunardi STILL somehow has us as a 9 seed as of today's update) yet we play as if we have absolutely no urgency to go ahead and wrap up a bid. Now we've forced ourselves into a must win game tomorrow night when this could have been wrapped up last Saturday.

no doubt

get your arse on the floor

our coach would run drills that was him literally just throwing the ball between two guys and letting them fight for it. We damn sure went after those balls though during games.

Off topic a bit, but do y'all think Saint Mary's is on the bubble? They're 27-4 but only 1 Q1 win and only 1 Q2 win.

Lunardi has them as a 10. I think they pass the eye test and will make it.

Riley Norris and Armond Davis are being honored. Avery said neither have made a decision on if they’ll come back next year

I hope they make it. Even against a bad schedule, going a likely 29-5 is a big accomplishment, especially playing Gonzaga 3x

St Marys always is a tough out in the tournament too. They gave #2 seed Zona all they could handle for 30-35m last year. In other year's they've made a Sweet 16 or lost to significantly higher seeds by 1 possession

Also Jock Landale for St Mary's is legit AF

Tonight, Collin Sexton will play his final game in Coleman Coliseum. It’s gone by way too fast...

I've got a 715 at OTF and am completely content with avoiding the 1st half tonight. It's best for all parties involved.

Hope it goes well.

Alabama's current RPI rank is 41st. If previous opponents finish the night 5 - 4, a home win would potentially raise Bama's RPI rank only slightly to ~ 39th (0.5875). A home loss would drop Bama's RPI to around 53rd (0.5771), depending on other results.

Tonight is, while acknowledging future unforeseen possibilities, a must win.

ESPN’ bubble watch article came out today. Said Alabama “should be in”. They asked the question would Alabama lose these next two games and get in.....they said “perhaps”. But their prediction was we needed to get 1 more win
