Lorenzo Carter moved up to #3 overall for the 2014 class on 247. Needless to say he is a 5-star player.
He moved up 177 spots in the update.
And according to Charles Power, he handled an elite 2015 OT much, much easier than Nkemdiche.
Side note: Justin Thornton (6'5" 225 lb WDE) from Vigor in Mobile checked in at #49 in the update.
Marlon Humphrey dropped two spots to #5.

Bama will have to drop the ball to miss out on GA DE Lorenzo Carter.

Watch him go to Clemson...

Well, no brother for us to not offer. No shitbag former player as coach to point him to a teammate instead of Alma mater. So as long as everyone doesn't act like it's a foregone conclusion hw ends up in crimson, making him resent us, we should be in good shape

Same school as Alvin Kamara. Darius Hanks, Adrian Hubbard, and Devonta Bolton (2008 commit that never qualified academically) also came from Norcross.
We should be ok.

Oh, I thought you were talking about Chris Jones.
On Carter, I have no idea but Lucky and a few of the other mods on BOL are extremely confident we land him.
I believe Carter said in a recent interview that Alabama was his "dream offer" when he received the offer.

Today is the day we find out what Robert Foster is going to do. I believe he is announcing at 1:30 CST.
Here are his Senior Season Highlights:
Hit it
Pay attention to the absolute trucking he puts on the kid at the 00:28 mark.
Punt return at the 1:40 mark...
Full video of the punt return:
Beast
ETA: Just watched the highlight film in it's entirety. frick Massington. Foster is a goddamn stud.

Really like Foster's YAC ability. Like the way he changes speed in the open field. Foster, Falkins, and Stewart would be an awesome WR group.

quote:Agreed, he is pretty deceptive with his change of pace, but he looks physical as heck as well. His skillset would be absolutely disgusting out there with Coop, CBlack, and OJ.

A faster/quicker Kevin Norwood?

Not a bad comparison, but I think he's more physical than Norwood.
I'd say he's a poor man's (not very poor mind you
I really hope we land this kid.

I highly doubt he will return kicks for us if he comes to Bama.
