Osorio is the best we have and she gives up too many walks. My prediction is that we will barely get out of a regional and then lose 2 straight in a super regional.

She's a senior and after this year, I suspect that we'll REALLY see a regression in the program. I wouldn't be surprised to see Murphy bail within the next 24 months...looks like he's burned out in Tuscaloosa.

Half of these girls are so fat I'm surprised they don't get thrown out at first from the outfield. These girls were fat when he recruited them and I don't see any improvement after they joined the team. Moral: If you recruit fatties they're going to stay fatties.

What happened to all the mid week games? Costing Bama a lot of wins. Might not hit 40 wins for the 1st time in forever.

Just watched 34 hit and attempt to run. Rounded first and fell on her fat arse. The whole stadium shook. Watching that poor thing run is comical.

Held on to win by Bama, 6 to 5 on the road against a ranked team.

Couple of the girls are so fat that it's laughable to think they're in good enough shape to play competitive softball. Looks like a freakin freak show.

They have themselves in a 3 run deficit today with only 2 innings left to catch up.

Wow, the softball team has fallen too far too fast. Not sure if Murphy is on the hot seat or not, but he's got his work cut out for him to turn it around. We can't wait too long to make a move because SEC softball is too competitive now. Rebuilding is a tough task in this league because of the competition. Murph better be on a short leash and we'd better be ready to make a move if this becomes more than a one year aberration.

All you have to do is watch his demeanor and interviews. He thinks he's untouchable and frankly he acts like he doesn't give a damn. The grossly out of shape players he has is embarrassing. Might be different if they were super hitters but they certainly don't hit their weight.

If we can end this year without completely embarrassing ourselves, I think it's clear, everything needs to change. The program that won us a national championship in 2012 isn't working in today's college softball.

What made Bear Bryant, Sarah Patterson and Nick Saban the best in the business wasn't just their ability to win, but to adapt and change with the game. Coach Saban has labored continually in a sports world that is seemingly working full time to figure him out. Sarah Patterson turned a deep slump in the late 00s into back to back titles. Bear Bryant, after 3 national titles, suffered a 6 win season dip before coming out with the wishbone offense.

No matter what we'll be forever grateful for what he built here, beating Oklahoma in the rain was a glorious moment, but I think this stretch will define Murphy's legacy as a "great" or a "one hit wonder"

Hey Murphy, you see the things that the Arkansas players are doing? It's actually called two out hitting and believe it or not, it's encouraged.
