As noted before, it's really weird that some of you guys claim you don't want to discuss this, but you just can't help but bring it back up or when it does come up, you just can't help but perpetuate it by carrying on so much about it. It doesn't make a damn bit of sense. I don't know. My wife says I try too hard to analyze things. I have undergraduate degrees in Philosophy and Psychology and a Masters in Psychology so I guess it comes honestly, but the dynamics of it is just perplexing as hell.

Huddie. Come on. No one brings this up any more except you, or R_C_T, or one or two others. Don't attempt to play coy, or innocent. You know you do this. (At least, I hope to goodness you do.)

If you're as learned and perceptive as you claim to be, surely you understand why a large percentage of this board is sick of this discussion.

You review back in this thread and you'll see it was 3 days ago when I last posted here before Tide Saint "bumped" it, and I became curious as to why he did that, since nobody was talking shite about quarterbacks, in any of the threads.

Some of you just need to admit you thrive on this shite.

Do you think that the discussion of quarterbacks should be verboten in any and every other thread?

No, but as you've been told by George (among others) if you want to discuss the implications of Tua/Jalen when it comes to recruiting, then start a thread about it. If people want to have that discussion then you would be creating the appropriate place for it and can make your case accordingly.

If you want to talk about assistant coaches and how hiring/not hiring them could affect the QB situation start a thread on it. The big one is for coaching search news, not coaching philosophy speculation.

If you want to discuss our starting QB situation and how it correlates to potential WR discouragement start a thread making your case.

If you have general statements to make regarding our QB situation that wouldn't necessitate creating a new thread for it, make them in the "official" thread.

Do you get what I'm trying to say here?

Now you're just being obtuse.

You know why.

ETA: You'll notice once you got back on track in the thread in question nobody gave you a hard time. It's the constant derailing of threads that is the issue. I brought this thread back to the top to remind everyone of it's existence.

Not really, except it sounds like a lot of bullshite.

Let's do this rationally. Link for me or cut and paste for me examples of what you think belonged in this thread alone, because I don't think there was any shite talking this morning in the other threads, but only discussion about qbs and offense in the context of the ongoing discussions there, and I think that's reasonable.

It's not rocket science and it's not the first time you've been told something similar by other posters on this board. I specifically recall one of the mods basically stating it verbatim to you the other day.

quote:

Are you really that sensitive a guy?

quote:

But I didn't ask you, anyway, about your opinion. I asked the other poster that seemed to have a genuine question and interest in the subject. You don't, you know, have to read every post. If you think a poster may upset you, then I would suggest just skipping it.

From Cap:

quote:

I would like, you know, coaching assistant news in the thread. Not the same rehashed crap that spills into every thread on this board.

Your response: LINK

shite like this is what people are tired of. If you want to act like a petulant child do it in your own threads.

None of your examples, not a single one, are about quarterbacks, let alone shite talking about quarterbacks or who I think is the better one.

All of your examples, though, are when I responded pretty much in kind, after a provoking comment to me. Yeah, I don't suffer fools gladly, and I am not famous for turning the other cheek.

So you haven't offered a single solitary post that in any way is trashing talking any quarterback. I don't know what to tell you then. Bump it all you want to but as long as I'm discussing a subject in the context of that discussion, then I won't run it by you first to make sure it's ok if I respond.

Why don't you take it up with the other posters who responded in kind to your posts? Or are we all just picking on the little guy?

Nobody else "bumped" this thread to direct all quarterback discussion here.

I'm not the one crying and whining about somebody hurting my sensitive feelings. Knock yourself out.

I do remember, though, you posting about how you had to get rough with another poster and called them out. So I guess that kind of thing is cool to you. Seems like middle school behavior to me.

edit: Well this is boring even me by now and I have things to do.

Go ahead on or let's just drop it. Your call but I'm out of it right now in any event.

And you claim to have a Master's in Psychology?

You are the poster child for victim mentality.

I didn't call you out. I bumped a thread without naming names and you pissed your pants.

Grow up.

TideSaint didn’t call anyone out when he bumped the thread. As someone with a Master’s Degree in Psychology, I’m sure you’ll agree the implications of you responding as though he named you directly are quite fascinating.

Regardless, those who have neither the desire nor self-control to keep from doing a perpetual victory dance regarding Tua/Hurts are done ruining this board for the other 98%. But to your point, they will know exactly why they get kicked. I’ll quote it to make sure they understand. And none of the current trolls on the topic are half as clever or subtle as they believe themselves to be, so the kicks should be coming very soon.

ETA: So let’s wrap this up and keep discussion on the thread’s topic.

You should sticky this thread with the message that all Jalen/Tua discussions need to stay here under penalty of death.....so these bums quit derailing threads.

Huddie? Wouldn’t surprise me the dude is legit.

He’s also a guitarist/vocalist. A ex-weed drug dealer. He dabbled in real estate. And he knows his shite when he talks about QB situations. All that and he’s just in his 40’s.
