Saints RB Alvin Kamara's Workout Displays What An Amazing Athlete He Really Is
© Jake Roth-USA TODAY Sports
Staying inside is not preventing New Orleans Saints star RB Alvin Kamara from getting ready for next season, whenever that may be. What a athlete...
quote:

Dynamic balance and trunk stabilization is crazy on my guy @alvinkamara ! I’m not gonna lie bro you impressed me on this one... student has outshined the teacher... you got this one down clean before I could, damn! .
Frontal plane hops on and off of @bosu_fitness balls. Notice the impressive knee control and how stiff he is able to maintain his trunk on most reps! Great body awareness and dynamic motor control.
.
As a running back AK needs strength and stability in the frontal plane for side to side movement and cutting. This drill works on creating stability in an unstable environment, such as while making lateral cuts while being tripped up by attempted tacklers.

This must’ve been recorded right after Christian McCaffrey’s contract was announced.
