I love Hester, but Guice had multiple 1000 yard seasons and has some school records.

Hester has that big, sparkling ring and he carried us on his back to make it happen.

uhmmm, So DBU or Running Back U or QBU has nothing to do with their professional careers? When we call LSU DBU it is speaking of the pipeline of our DBs to the NFL. All of those players listed have gone to the NFL. That's the point of the analysis.

I'm taking OU at the top and Auburn a good bit higher on the QB list.

Oklahoma and Miami should be ahead of lsu for running backs
user avatar

Miami yes, OU no. LSU has put far more backs in the league than OU in the past 10 years.

@stewie they are talking from 1998-2019. Oklahoma definitely has more star power with Adrian Peterson, Demarco Murray, and Joe Mixon all had/having better statistical careers than any LSU NFL RB in the same span.

LSU should be a little lower on the RB list and Auburn should be lower on the QB list

He transitioned to QB there. When we played them in the Cotton Bowl in 2010 he was the QB.

In a perfect world for LSU, they will be recognized as QBU 10 years from now. That's the list you want to be on.

Big 4: Auburn, Texas, Oklahoma, and Oregon.

No Oklahoma State??? They ONLY had Barry Sanders and Thurman Thomas. Those two alone are two of the best ever so just throw in another name and you've got to have a list deserving of the top 10.

Oops, my bad. I missed the part of BCS and CFP era
