Yeah … at least you recognize your gambling with this approach.

I think the time of large scale boots on the ground is over for a country like The United States.
Take a look at the Russia/Ukraine conflict.
Everyone said the same thing five years ago because of drones, precision artillery, advance 5th gen fighter jets, etc. and that conflict has reverted back to trench warfare.
Dwindling human resources is a major issue for both sides.
You can argue that the USA is in a different league than either Russia or Ukraine but Russia was supposed to have one of the strongest and more advanced militaries in the world at the start of the conflict.
And don’t think for a second that China or India won’t just throw people at the front lines to overwhelm the opposition.
Mehhh … the loss to Hull stings a bit more every day.
But we still have a chance with Southampton coming to the Cae Ras in a few weeks.

Meh … riders of Rex were skimpy on throws this year.
Kids were disappointed until the truck parades.
They had a blast after Rex.

Absolutely amazing comeback!
For whatever reason, Rathbone has that it factor at the end of games.

This post might go on the Mt. Rushmore of weird threads on the Rant.
Hottest team in the Championship at the moment!

Pulled a hammy, Parky didn’t think it was too serious.
Good to see Sam Smith have success with the start though.
Also great to see Ollie Rathbone out there making plays all over the pitch.

On top of that, he already found the money to buy it out. He did his damn job.
That’s my quarterback!

Yes, he will be.
Likely have a new OC and maybe a few other new faces on the offensive side of the ball.

Big one today vs. Birmingham City! Caught me off guard - being on a Friday.
Dabo scores! Wrexham 1-0!
Edit: Ahh … defensive lapse at the start of the second half leads to a Birmingham score.
Final time 1-1.

Man … thought Wrexham had those three points in the bag there for a minute.
But that goal from the Derby sub was pure class. Really was a thing of beauty, nothing Arthur could do with that.
As they showed the replay, I thought to myself, “you don’t see that in League one or two.”

DA and Loomis led to this … so no …

He said he'd never use traditional crop dusters again. The drone was much more efficient.
Drones certainly have their place. They can get in and around those tough to reach places (like under power lines, around tree lines).
They can also be highly accurate.
But they can’t touch crop dusters (airplane or helicopter) in terms of efficiency.
Drones don’t have the tank or battery capacity to compete.
That crop duster will effectively spray four to fives times more acreage than of a set of tandem drones.
Drones (generally) are a bit more expensive on a per acre basis. That should soon change though … as tech advances and drives down prices. Also, will likely be more custom drone applicators working the market too.

Fowler and Herbstreit correctly point out that Brown doesn’t lose control of the ball, as he has a hand under it. It was clearly a catch.

The Refs got it right
No they didn’t … they completely screwed it up.
The ball can touch the ground … it’s if he had control during impact.
He had consistent control of the ball, even as and after it hit the ground.
More importantly, the referee on the field ruled he had possession. At worst, it was inconclusive on replay and you MUST defer to the rule on the field.
It was an egregious overturn, plain and simple.
Refs did an AWEFUL job tonight.

Twice, he was inside the tackle box And the ball didn’t make it pass the line of scrimmage And there was no eligible receiver in the area.
This was one of the MOST one sided officiated games I’ve watched in a very long time.
