Jeff Palermo is doing his best to suck all the air out of that radio booth.

I think Jeff is fine. Yeah he has a high voice, but he knows his stuff.

This. All it takes is some light reading.

Anyone else remember an LSU running back in the early 90s named Jay Johnson?

Was running pretty good toward the end of 93. He ripped off a big one in the win over Bama and I think went over 100 against a really good Ole Miss D.
You can’t expect anything else at this point. I trust you’re not 10 years old anymore. Grow up. Cheer on the team but stop going into a blind rage when we point out the obvious: the program is as bad as it’s ever been and needs a full overhaul. Not saying MM’s a bad guy but he’s been a horrible coach for this program and that’s not debatable. Chill the frick out, superfan.

anti-LSU bias from the SEC.

There’s that perpetual victimhood we love. Everyone always out to get poor, helpless LSU.
I doubt anyone is for keeping MM. we all know it’s over. So what’s the point of this?
Had no idea they still used Boot Up. I always thought they should, and more sports should too. Credit Will Wade for introducing something that could have a lasting association with the LSU brand. It didn’t have to die with him and Lane, Jay, and Kim should do it more often IMO.

You got yellow blooded Americans over at your house. Cowards. Piss poor cowards that will give up their culture to watch football. Pathetic.

Ok well we’ll choose to live while you choose to wait to die.
 I don’t give a shite about either of these teams. I got good red blooded Americans over at my house, were eating wings, drinking beer, laughing and watching football with no dog in the fight. Sucks that pisses you off.
I’m watching a football game. Get a life. I’m at least watching the slightly less bad halftime show (the right one, I guess). Tired of y’all’s high and mighty bullshite. Must be miserable letting politics dictate everything you do in life. Still, frick Bad Bunny and I ain’t watching that. But when halftime ends I’m gonna watch the game. Deal with it.

laughably bad coach that I’m stupid enough to continue supporting because I fully embrace mediocrity in every facet of my life

tigersbb is foolish to think we’re not going to criticize the state of the program. It’s in the toilet and has been for sometime now. That’s not looking for a reason to shite on MM, that’s just saying we can do a lot better.

AND…

I support the coaches that are here, as long as they’re here. That doesn’t mean I want him to continue coaching after this season. He needs to go, no question. More immediately it just means I’d like to see us beat Georgia tonight. I wouldn’t call that “embracing mediocrity.”
The defeatist attitude that the only solution to our men’s basketball woes is just to finish off the program for good is getting tiresome. How about, oh I don’t know…hire a better coach, give him what he needs, and start being a better basketball program?

I know I’m just splitting hairs, but Georgio Tozzi provided Emil’s singing voice.
