The United States officially agreed to a one-on-one prisoner swap with Russia involving WNBA star Brittney Griner...

Well, that's my point. This guy and the generals are all making money and cut Putin out. If Putin sold these same weapons to the same people, would we call him an arms dealer? Would he be considered a criminal in this type of matter (not Ukraine)?
