There has been a lot of chatter this week as to whether or not Ole Miss running back coach Kevin Smith will be leaving Oxford to join Lane Kiffin's staff at LSU.

On Thursday, new Ole Miss coach Pete Golding spoke with the media and said that Smith is focused on coaching through the playoffs and will sort things out in January.

Ole Miss' first-round matchup in the playoffs will be against Tulane on Dec. 20.
