Pretty sure there’s a five on each side as well so 505. A lot of people dream of deadlifting that...

I'm no common core guru, but 10 weights at 45lbs a plate plus a 45lb bar is 495 isnt it? (really trying to figure out if maybe I am alot stronger than I really am and I just dont know how to count.

45*10+55=505 bars can go either way when you go that heavy your using the heavier bar

Adding fehoko and shelving in the middle of our defensive line is going to be a huge benefit for us next year. Our defense is going to be stout next season for sure, barring any injuries.

It's easy to forget what we have in store to hit the field next year. It's crazy how much talent and improved, strength, attitude, and toughness will improve next year.

Lol at the guy wiping his face off with a towel after he completes the rep. Will be nice to get some more mass on the defensive line next year!

Damn, we could really have used him this year. frick, he's gonna be a beast. He's athletic as hell too for his size. Watch some of his highlights at texas tech, the guy will not only be a starter for us next year, he's going to be an animal. Can't wait. His friend, wr jonathan giles from ttu, is also gonna be a stud for us next year. Lol, thank you texas tech!

Damn that's a lot of weight! I wonder if he will play mostly 5 technique on the D line or NT. I would think he would start in place of Lacouture with Alexander and Shelvin manning the NT spot.

If we can get the rest of the DL to take notice and want to challenge this guy, then we will have a serious front seven.

You’re correct. He takes Lacoutures spot. Shelvin takes the nose prob with Alexander and other spot is Lawrence

Impressive, glad hes gonna be a Tiger. He does lift his lower back midway through getting into a decline position which is a bit easier, but im being picky. 505 is great, I certainly cant do it.

How much can he do unassisted?

Dude. When you have 500 on the bar you gotta have somebody with their hands on it in case it goes south. He wasn't helping him out
