Wilson Alexander with The Advocate is reporting that LSU (9-3) will play Wisconsin (7-5) in the ReliaQuest Bowl on Monday, Jan. 1 in Tampa, Florida. Kickoff would be at 11 am CT on ESPN2.

This will be the Tigers' first trip to the ReliaQuest Bowl, formerly known as the Outback Bowl, since they closed out their 2013 season with a 21-14 win over Iowa on Jan. 1, 2014.

LSU won six of its final seven regular-season games and will head into the bowl with a 9-3 record. The Tigers will attempt to reach the 10-win plateau in back-to-back seasons under second-year coach Brian Kelly.
