Everyone is different. I grow tired of the narrative that because a coach doesn’t wear his feelings on his sleeve he is a bad coach. Or less good for the team. You can make an argument that someone can separate emotion from his decisions - that’s a good trait to have.

This board and your obsession with requiring a coach to have passion and yell and “motivate” - don’t worry though the same board will make fun of a coach when he does the exact opposite and say it’s “acting” or “staged” - every coach is different. Being cool and calm and collected and playing the long game - those are some desirable qualities. This same board was sucking Jay’s dick like 3 weeks ago and now calls him lifeless. Please.
