As long as he maintains a drive to excel and to be better than he is now, it doesn't matter whether he's humble. Humility is often the hallmark of the hard worker because he knows there are those that are better than him. If he wants to win, he knows hard work is in order. If Fournette busts his arse to be better than he is now without being humble, then who gives a shite?
