Went to install gutters and my gutter guy was showing me where a good portion of my fascia was rotten so I paid someone to replace in kind. I didnt really think the labor would be that much. 1 day job ended up being 2 days apparently.

I stopped listening to PMT and started on the Yak, much funnier people, even though I have no interest in the day-to-day barstool stuff. Titus, KB, BW and crew are all pretty funny.

I would pay him $8,200 and then come to an agreement on the rest, but without anything in writing you might lose this battle.
To save some money one time I told a contractor I was going to buy materials he provides the list. I dont think he liked that arrangement because the labor was ridiculous. Moral of the story is that the middle class is fricked.
