On Tuesday, LSU head coach Brian Kelly and running back coach Frank Wilson visited with five-star defensive lineman Dominick McKinley and his younger brother Darryus McKinley.

Dominick, a 6-5, 280-pound prospect from Lafayette, La. (Acadiana), has been committed to Texas A&M since September, giving his verbal pledge to the previous coaching staff.

During his commitment, LSU, Oklahoma, Texas, Ohio State, and Georgia were among his top schools.

Dominick is rated the No. 1 overall player from Louisiana and one of the top defensive linemen in the country. His younger brother, Darryus, is a four-star prospect in the 2026 class.

Time to flip him now that Jimbo is gone. He needs to stay home and wear P&G, we need him on that DLine.

Wrong. No change of defensive leadership. No McKinley brothers. If Corey Raymond was here, McKinley brothers headed to BR. Period. They are diehard LSU. What the public and media think they know often have nothing to do with reality. Speculation make great conversations.
There is money, business, development and career involved in recruiting decisions. The 2023 defensive performance and leadership is a recruiting challenge.

I wouldn't be upset if we let that hand "L" thing go. I'm thinking some of these guys don't know how a "L" looks.

I would be shocked if he came to LSU. Some kids just want to go away from home and that’s fine. Glad we got the other kid though from A&M’s class.

Why is LSU tzere, based on his play this year, he will need a daily drill sargeant. The only
one who looks excited in that picture is the little brother.

You never know what these young bucks will do. Not impossible with his DC at TAM leaving and Jimbo gone.
