We should have paid him the deal he signed with the Knicks. He would have also allowed us the choice of trading Herb when his value was at his highest for draft assets. I don’t think its a coincidence the Knicks are finally in the finals and Josh Hart and Jose Alvarado are key role players.

This seems like it will be a long time before there is any resolution with Trump giving Iran extension after extension and in the end nothing will het resolved. Iran is going to stall if we keep giving them more time. Some of those men and women are way over their original tour length and morale could start to be a factor. Hopefully they can start a rotation of some sort.

A 4 year $61 million dollar deal that is in reality a 3 year $45 million deal that we have an opt out after the ‘28 season. We also front loaded the guaranteed money instead of our usual kick the can method that $40 mil of the $45 mil total guaranteed gets paid his first 3 years so we could cut bait with only a $5 million dead cap hit when he will still be only 32 years old. He isn’t going to be a flashy guy that many talk about but that means he’s doing his job. Having a playoff tested vet at LG will only help Kelvin Banks. He’s going to be an anchor guy for the OL, he’s always available. Well worth the investment. Now if someone can just push Ruiz out the door we would be set.
