What was the original scope of work? What were the unforseen difficulties?
Did he wipe all of his threads or something? Would love to re-read some of those.

Let the inspection happen and then bring it up. Yall are making a mountain out of a mole hill - it’s a minor adjustment to make these latch properly, but needs to be done by a service crew that’s certified in the specific brand of window. They do not need to be reinstalled or replaced.
You can if the wear layer is thick enough, many brands claim you can sand/refinish up to 2 times although I've never tried it. They're a hell of a lot more dimensionally stable than solid hardwoods, which in a high humidity environment is a major plus. If your dogs are clawing at the floor, solid oak gonna look like crap too, as will vinyl.
If your generator has a load shedding module, it may be overloaded and thats the breaker that gets dropped. Not saying this is the culprit, but certainly plausible.

So which is it? You can make a smashburger better than any restaurant or going out is to get food better than you can make yourself at home?

These can both be true...smash burgers are easy, cheap and delicious from home. Way cheaper than 5 Guys or another similar burger joint. 2 lbs ground chuck, couple packs of buns, and some potatoes for fries should be around $25 and would feed 8 people.

He can also go out to get a beef wellington, sushi, or something else thats hard to duplicate at home and much better in a restaurant.
If a builder is financing a build, it’s a spec house, not custom. If a potential buyer wants to make changes to a builders spec house with the pretense of buying it when finished, there will 100% be a contract and a substantial deposit, usually non-refundable.
That’s awful. Mine are in a safe whether at home or in the car, and I don’t keep a round in the chamber unless I’m carrying.
Is this a house or condo? Those look like common/HOA smoke alarms often used in multi family buildings. Each unit has their own individual alarms, but the building as a whole usually has a building-wide alarm system as well.

Your home plans aren’t part of your contract?
If it’s completely empty, may be worth it if it has sat for several months. If your furniture is still there, not necessary IMO.
Tredavious White was guarding him too.
One of the daughters working there was gorgeous in the early-mid 2000s. Need to swing by and see how it’s changed next time I’m nearby.
Not to mention the AD doing the hiring will probably be looking for a new job within a year.

I have a camp on pilings and we used a Laser level and marked every pile with a base elevation, then found the highest, and lifted the rest to that height. We shimmed with treated wood.

This is exactly what you want to do. Cut the shims so the grain is running horizontal, not vertical, and shim the entire top of the block, not just 1 or 2 shims.
My how the turntables have…turned :austinpowersmemeorsomething:
That’s incredible…what do you do for work?
