Matt Womack, a three-star offensive tackle who committed to LSU back in July, announced Sunday that he has decommitted from the Tigers and is now headed to Alabama.

The 6-foot-7, 320-pound prospect announced the news following his visit to Alabama this past weekend.

Maybe he doesn't want to play for 5th place in the SEC west...

He has potential to be "processed" in the next year or two.

Would of like to have to develop him but probably wouldn't have contributed in the near future his size alone is the reason for 3 stars.

Too bad, was looking forward to him going to Baton Rouge. Wish him luck but he should know he is now a gump, forever and always..

Now that he has committed to Bama, he will now become a 4 or 5 star

"3 star lineman from Mississippi. Not upset. Hope he does well. Does seem fishy though that Bama's line is younger and ours is older"

his film reminds me of another 3* behemoth from Mississippi out of Vancleave, left before he broke into the starting line up.

Seems he is easily influenced and easily controlled. He will do well there.
