This California High School Regional Championship was tied 4-4, with two outs in the bottom of the 7th, and the ump called a balk to send in the winning run. Fishy?

Chicken shite call! Technically, yes, but 99% of baseball fans didn't see it and it had absolutely zero effect on the game. If I were the coach of the losing team, I would be raising hell. Both teams worked too hard for it to end like that!

Oh man, that’s awful. The only slight thing I can see is a very slight flutter of the right elbow during the ‘set’ position. So slight.

He’s definitely set. He is completely paused at his chest. You don’t have to bring your arms all the way down. The set position is where you make it, not where the umpire decides it is.
