Should use the BCS computers to pick the best 12 teams.

The only way to get away to get away from a committee is to guarantee x number of teams from each conference. Otherwise you have no way to determine if an ACC team should make it over a big 12 etc...
4 from big 10.. 4 from sec... 3 from pac 12... 3 from big 12... 2 from rest of field
