re: What Do You Consider to Be Unethical Uses of AI in Music?

What if your singer/songwriter uses a pre-recorded loop library to lay down instrument tracks to play along with during the writing process, then hires musicians to re-record the tracks for an album?
The pre recorded loop was created by AI? Then yea, I'd quit listening to them.

What if your singer/songwriter hires a ghostwriter to write lyrics or compose songs for his album?
Are these acts synonymous or no?
Different. Plenty of talented songwriters out there that never make it big but at least get paid for their songs. Took an actual skill to write that song whether they are the ones that get their get the credit for it by the public.

If it turns out a band or artist I listen to uses AI to help create music, lyrics, anything like that, I will permanently boycott them. Definitely won't listen to any just straight up AI created music imitating someone else's voice either.
I use ChatGPT as a tool for some things but artistic stuff is where I draw the line and why I'd be fine if it never existed. Do not want my songs, music, art being created by AI. Just lazy slop.

That's a good thing, and tough to do I'm sure. People celebrated Josh Hamilton and Andre Agassi battling back after addiction. It makes for a good story someone turning their life around.
Side note, an AK range clip video came across my tik tok a few days ago and the dude has a fantastic swing. Never realized how smooth his swing was.

Well sure, but I just assumed he meant fighter. Him being the biggest draw and entertainer is hard to argue.

At the start of the episode I would have said he was a top contender. But by the middle of the episode his language changed and I said ugh o, he's going soon.
I really wanted to see his teepee but he went too big. The weather started changing and he realized he made a mistake with the size. That mistake kind of emotionally broke him. I don't think it was fake, those were a lot of real tears. And I think that was two weeks in so not a crazy early tap out.
Glad this episode didn't have any of the Jacks chick in it. Man she is annoying.
Went back to the other Alone thread and saw who i picked just off the descriptions....
Nero is doing good. Clementino too but not liking his language this last episode so not sure he's mentally tough enough. Turns out Jacks is a girl

Didn't watch the videos but just reading the profile description I'll take a wild guess and say Nero and Clementino last a good while. And that Ziga doesn't win (didn't pick a ferro rod ) or Jacks (stay at home dad with a bunch of kids he'll be missing).

Weakest argument under the sun.
It's the same argument that the director has. Same argument he had for people mad about his Batman before it came out....
quote:
“these conversations that happen before people see the film – they’re always irrelevant, because no one having them knows what the film actually is yet.”
But sure, I'll just trust SouthEasternKige knows the entire story of a three hour movie he hasn't seen that hasn't even come out yet.
You can bitch and complain and post all the youtube videos you want about a countdown trailer getting ratio'd and it matters jack shite Nobody, and I mean nobody, gives two shits about your opinion of this movie. Even people that are waiting until streaming don't care about your opinion of a movie you have no intention of seeing but trying to pass yourself off as knowledgeable about it. Hence all the downvotes.
Hell at least MadKing doesn't pretend to know the story like he's read the script or something like you are. There's a reason everyone makes fun of you on here. You get on the movie/tv board and riot about movies and you don't even watch the movies then try and say other people have weak arguemtns. There can't be a weaker argument than the crap you spill out.
Yea I remember absolutely nothing about her character from the book, it's like a blank spot. I've read ASOIAF numerous times so I'm pretty dialed in on it but Fire and Blood just once and my memory is pretty shoddy. After episodes I'm having to google some of the things I couldn't remember if they were in the book or not.
I just need Mysaria to die. Absolutely the worst fake voice in the history of television. I legit despise her character. It's like they told her to try and do Max's voice from Black Sails but do it really really bad.

I audibly moaned in the theater when Zoey showed up in that scene. She looked incredible
That was definitely her hottest scene. She looked better in the white tank top than she did in the catsuit.

Which part of this is your recommendation?
Well if you only take a 1/5 of the post I could see how you would think that. If you read the whole post (and my two before that giving him reasons why to watch the movie), it's pretty easy to see I'm recommending the movie. Zendaya being one of the complaints about the movie....

Then if you're looking for a good movie to watch, I wouldn't worry about waiting, that's a good setup. It's just there are certain scenes, especially with the worms, that are worth seeing on the the big screen. The score is pretty incredible too.
Personally, it's one of my favorite movies from the past 10 years or so. But I was a fan of the book too. It's a very good adaption, despite some people on here's dislike for Zendaya.
This isn't hard to follow. You're upset over literally nothing.

Crew member #4 gets face shots in worldwide previews a lot, does she?
She plays Sinon. So a very minor character that will probably be only in a flashback. A quick google search tells me she has less than five minutes screen time. So yea, crew member #4.

European white kids didn't have black 6th graders dunking causing them to check out of the sport the moment they saw that.

Great watch, but downvoting those shoes.
It's Louisiana, so if I want to play golf most of the year I have to play in extreme heat.
I will say, I'd rather the extreme heat than the cold. I check out once it gets around 50.
