And most of those heartbreaking losses (Not just from this year) are the result of his absolute inability to maintain a lead or coach his players to perform when the pressure is on. Butch Jones was also a "quality guy" who was all in on the program. He did everything right at Alabama except coach well, and you're not going to have a competitive team if you're missing that.
