There won't be any punishment. His GA will keep doing his work for him and everything will be fine. Hell, Saban didn't even suspend his two upstanding guys last year that were arrested with guns and drugs

Does anyone know what his BAC was also? I could have 2 beers and go drive and legally be drunk but not REALLY be drunk. Not intending to give the kid a free pass just noting how strict those breathalyzers are now a days.
