Helluva time for Sankey to pick this fight when the 9 game season eliminates the bread winners championship game and likely lowers the amount of SEC teams in the playoffs. Not to mention his super awesome media rights deal where is got dog walked by the Big 10.

If the Birmingham court doesn't toss the lawsuit, appeals would be the next court.
