First, they took down the Seattle Seahawks, now they're going after the Colts. According to ESPN.com's Darren Rovell, Texas A&M is suing Indianapolis Colts for "unauthorized use to its 12th Man trademarks"...

“Texas A&M University is the Home of the 12th Man which has brought our fan base national renown. We would prefer not to file lawsuits to protect our trademarks. However, when our intellectual property, especially the 12th Man mark which is so important to our students and former students, is used without our permission after repeated attempts to engage on the matter, we are left with no choice.”

Aggies didn't just lose to Arky in a 3/4 empty home stadium. LSU fans pretended to make a corndog run, and then just kept going out the exits..

"Intellectual property" is a pretty generous term.
Well, this is A&M we're talking about.

aTm is also going to sue golf courses that call their clubhouse the "19th hole".
Sure many did it before aTm, sure it's not unique, but aTm found it important enough to trademark and everyone else just thought it was a little meaningless phrase.
Such freaking aggies.

I don't see the issue with suing here? If you disagree with intellectual property rights, you can go to China

houstongumbo doesn't bring up the fact that the Texas Aggies have the highest attendance numbers in the SEC.

houstongumbo conveniently omits the fact that Kyle Field consistently has the largest attendance of any SEC school regardless of who the visitor is.
That includes the games this past weekend, one of which was LSU absorbing a curb stomping.

HoustonGumbeaxTurd obviously can't do math. Everytime the Aggies play at home they automatically have the largest attendance in the SEC that week.
Check the stats. Doesn't matter who's playing.
