Former Alabama running back Alvin Kamara who transferred to Hutchinson Community College in Kansas, officially signed with Tennessee on Wednesday.

Kamara, a 5-foot-11, 200-pound back, redshirted at Alabama in 2013 and left the program, transferring to Hutchinson (Kan.) Community College. He'll have three years to play three at Tennessee. Alabama hosts Tennessee next Oct. 24.

Kamara is a 4-star junior college recruit and rated as the No. 3 overall junior college prospect by the 247Sports composite. He rushed for 1,211 yards and 18 touchdowns as a freshman at Hutchinson and earned KJCCC Offensive Player of the Year honors.

Best of luck to the kid. At least this time when he tries to sway recruits away from Alabama, he will be on another team.
