The 1950 Oklahoma Sooners are the consensus national champions from that year, even though they went on to lose to a one-loss Kentucky team in the Sugar Bowl. However, the Sagarin Ratings named that Kentucky team named No. 1 for 1950. So the Wildcats went ahead and made their own crystal Coaches’ Trophy for it and is now displaying it in lobby of their new training center. Really, guys?
