I'm thinking since Stetson has entrenched himself as the starter that JT has to be thinking of transferring next year. No way he has a high draft stock. I think Stetson will probably enroll in more classes and come back. I think I heard he already graduated. Maybe this would give Brock and JT more opportunity to develop.

That’s definitely a rumor that I heard a few months ago that Stetson was being prepped for the starting job next year before JT got hurt.

I think there’s a lot of moving parts

Yah, I think there are a lot of moving parts. I thought I heard one pre-game commentator before an earlier game say Stetson pondered coming back this year. I was assuming that meant he had already graduated. I'm pretty sure he has another year of eligibility if he wants it. I would think if we win a Natty that could change some minds. I guess there is some shot Stetson could be a late round or free agent pick in the NFL.

JT has two years of eligibility left. He has played his four games this year and can still qualify. Best case scenario is Stetson finishes the year and JT gets healthy and comes back healthy and sound. Beck is almost guaranteed to hit the portal as soon as the season is done. The BVG and Gunner will be a battle.

Who cares about NFL stock. Am I confused or do we want to win at UGA?

There have been a lot of great college QB's who won national championships that's didn't do squat in the NFL and there have been a pile of QB's who played for shite college teams who are NFL franchise QB's.

Maybe if our pass protection doesn’t improve. Otherwise it will be hard for him to get another opportunity due to stets escapability.

Really, no nfl future. He may be our head coach one day though. Impressive young man.

Have you ever been on the boat and went to put a dip in and you open the can and you realize you have one good dip left? You think about putting one big one in and running with it for a spell or breaking it in half and saving enough for a bit for later… Then you remember you have another fresh can in your tackle bag? And your day just for better? Stetson is that can.

There is really no reason to think this will ever happen. The same can and has been said of Mike Bobo, Eric Zeier, David Greene, etc.

Stetson will be like Buck Belue even if we win it all this season. In a few years, no one outside the state of Georgia will remember him.

The portal has changed so much. You can go from too many to shopping fast.

Certainly see Beck transferring.

Have Stet back is great in many ways but could hurt in others.

I don’t think (pure guess) JT stays if he finds the right opportunity to start. Couldn’t blame him if he doesn’t think he beats out Stet next year.
