Worst drivers in the state.

Saturday I came within a foot of dying under the right front wheel of a speeding SUV in a grocery store parking lot. The driver was a woman with three kids in the car. I jumped backward four feet while yelling Goddamn at the top of my lungs. No lie.

I live in Augusta and i would like to expand upon your statement.

Black women. Whenever someone is trying to get over as the lane is exiting off Bobby jones expressway onto Wrightsboro rd and you see a car veering across two lanes of traffic, through the shoulder and into traffic I wait to find that it’s not a black woman driving the car as I’m flying past them in the left three lanes because those are the ones the sign told you go straight.

Exit only in one mile. That’s what the sign said. Sorry you didn’t have a daddy to teach you how to drive 3 generations in now.

Atlanta is a cesspool of driving dumbasses.

It’s been 20 years since I lived in Augusta...it fricking sucked back then...I’m sure it hasn’t gotten better in the years since.

It’s Athens although Conyers sucks as well

I've never driven around Augusta. Maybe it is the worst.


But I can say for certain that Athens is worse than Cobb, Gwinnett, Fulton, and Savannah.

And I'm not just talking about gamedays or around campus, I'm talking about the whole county, year round, including the Epps Bridge clusterfrick.

The 57 year old trashy white Oconee County grandma with her mulatto grandkids trying to get into Walmart via the Lowes Parking lot on Epps Bridge...

The high-powered redneck in his F-150 who thinks 10 Loop is the Talladega Speedway as he whips around you doing 100, then slows down a half mile later forcing you to pass him, then he takes it as a challenge.

The little old black lady who thinks the 10 Loop is the Waltz of the Blue Danube, and attempts to merge into 70 mph traffic going 28 mph.


The lost freshmen. The overconfident sophomores. The juniors and seniors who have their shortcuts figured out and whip around back streets like its a video game.

The cell phone use per capita is out of control.

High people everywhere. At 4:20 every afternoon, every four-way stop is like a Mexican Standoff.

At night, everyone is drunk.

And, add a shite load of Mexicans to this pot and stir it up.

Aren't about 3 or 4 people killed every single day on the atlanta area roads on average?


Also, the ATL ice storm highway disaster (of 2014, I believe) was not just the single biggest driver clown show ever in the history of the state, but probably the whole country. Maybe in the world.

Have you noticed this one lately?

A woman driver is about to make a turn, but right before initiating the turn, she purposely swerves briefly in the opposite direction.

If you haven't noticed, keep an eye out for it. It's my favorite head-scratcher.

My theory is these morons have bounced their rear tire off the curb or median a bunch because they were starting their turns too early. So, now they over-compensate by swerving in the opposite direction into oncoming traffic and other deadly obstacles. Instead of just learning to fricking turn correctly.
