I know the number one answer will be something along the lines of between some GA Peaches legs but I mean the other eating.

$eabear is a good one.

The question is flawed. Question should be separated by $$$,$$,$.

I had a cuban from there recently, and it was glorious.

Second Cali and Tito’s. Went to Athens a few weeks ago for the first time in years and damn has the restaurant scene changed. I was looking up places online and had been to like 5 of the top 20

Peaches Fine Foods was the undisputed champ back when they had their Broad Street location. When I was a broke arse student, Thursday lunch there was pure bliss. Used to love getting a rack of ribs there on game days.

In its current iteration, Last Resort is always a classic. I've had good meals at Akademia lately as well, which has a really convenient location for coming/going from Atlanta.

Finally, special shoutout to Choo choo and the 5 points Waffle House (RIP). Both of these served a very specific purpose during my formative years.

It’s a good sandwich and a good restaurant, but that is no Cuban no matter what they named it,

I have a friend who always says she’s getting the chicken “Cuban” there...I always tell her to go to Little Havana and ask for a chicken Cuban and see what happens.

Cali n Tito's Cuban sandwich is better than an original cuban sadwich in every way. So there.

The quality of Cali n Tito’s Cuban sandwich wasn’t in question. Just it’s authenticity. It’s a fine sandwich. It’s just not a Cuban.
