I don’t use tanning beds. My dermatologist told me how bad they are and it’s about 2x as bad as I originally thought.
But when I did use them for a brief period I just work a sock over my junk.

I can’t remember the last time I had a cheat day. The reason why is because I can’t just have one beer, one piece of cake, etc. Things get out of hand rather quickly and I end up feeling like shite. I don’t even remember what that stuff tastes like so I never crave it. It’s better this way for my own well being. I used to be more of a power lifter rather than a bodybuilder and just ate however much I wanted. Was really muscular but really fat at the same time. I can’t help but take things to the extreme so I’d rather take my dieting and calorie counting to the extreme rather than gorge myself with food.
