From a talent perspective this squad could certainly win the NC. Four or Five NFL linemen. NFL QB. NFL RB. At least 6 NFL players on D.
If you define it as meeting or exceeding your talent level, success this season is a National Championship.

This will be the most talented team Georgia has ever had. Anything less than a CFP appearance is a complete and utter failure.

Anything short of an SECCG win is a failure I think. There are just a lot of questions this year. How will our new OC and DC do? What players step up and assume the leadership role on defense? How will Zamir bounce back from his injury?

same as always....right now winning the SEC East. DO that and the bar for success moves a notch to winning the SEC. Do that and the bar moves again to winning the first playoff game. And of course achieve that and the bar moves once again and winning the NC is the new bar. But winning the SEC east right now is all that matters....

Schedule is pretty tough compared to other contenders...@ Knoxville and @ Auburn ain't great but we gotta play on the road occasionally LOL....@ Auburn or TAM in Athens is the perfect spot for our annual linen destroying game...and would be particularly bad that late in the season. If we gotta lose one ND is the one to lose....as shitty as that would be....its non conference and early enough in the season to be meaningless at the end of November.

I wouldn't quite say we are the laughingstock of college football. There's been times over the last 30 years we have been, but not at this point in time.

Barring key injuries, we should be in the playoffs. Then it’s pretty up in the air as you’ll have the 4 best teams in the country, and anything can happen.

Win the National Championship, go undefeated, have Fromm and Swift finish 1 and 2 in the Heisman voting. I would be satisfied with this outcome.

Win the SEC. Anything above that should always be considered gravy IMO just due to all the variables involved.
I’m worried about @AU and with ATM. ATM loses a lot but finished strong last year.
