Quarter-sized snowflakes in Gwinnett have shifted to sleet at the Buford-Spring Connector.

"Athens could get more snow than anyone by tomorrow morning."

Not according to Oconee and Clark country emergency management.
They are saying we wont get anything but rain and if we get any snow will be intermittent at best and none of it will stick.

Looking at hte maps everything is turning to rain around Gwinnette Airport coming up 316. We have had a lot of rain today but schools are all open, not early pick up, pretty boring cold rainy day.
Plan on a nice dinner at Last Resort and some whiskey with the wife tonight downtown as we are sans child tonight.

We shall see, I am looking out my window here all day in Oconee and I have not even seen sleet. Just rain.
Kind of hope for some snow to be honest.

House next door is for sale

Move next door we can have beers around the fire pit, make turkey and sausage Gumbo and argue Chubb vs. Guice ;-)

We’re actively unofficially looking to move to Watkinsville. Is the house under 300k?

Move to the OC. As for the price, I dont believe so but across the road there are some in mid to high 3s.
Right off of whippoorwill. A walk to Oconee High School home of the Warriors and the GREAT Zach Mettenberger.

Literally takes me 19 minutes to get from UGA to my house.

It's black at least. Be damned if I'm paying to replace it. You can't see much of it from the road.
