Jordan Harris getting his first minutes of the season. Fox and him had a brief talk before he came in. Interesting.

Harris looked good which is awesome. We turn the ball over way too fricking much, but other than that, I’m encouraged.

It can’t be said enough and I will post it multiple times a game, but yante is so fricking special. I feel privileged

This half on the other hand, has not been super promising.

Went from up by as much as 19 to tied in the second half.

This team looks like a total mess, still a turnover machine

ETA: Probably a good thing that AMCC went 1 for 16 at one point in the first half otherwise we'd probably be trailing right now.

It’s #MatenSZN tho

Not great that yante has had to pull these games out of the fire, but god damn it he’s a joy

Just turned someone else’s turnover into an easy bucket

Yante gets a TO there because Harris can’t throw a decent pass to him on the pick & roll.

YEah there were weirdly some encouraging things and they shot unreal on contested shots in the second half

Turnovers obviously stood out and the ability to hold a lead is concerning.

We aren’t very good but let’s just keep winning, no one will care about this game in like a week

Just so many turnovers. Sloppy play, but obviously much better than a loss.

Turtle with 3 points...that simply isn't going to get it done. He needs to be averaging double digits for this team to have hope of success.

Turtle sucks. He plays slow, isn’t aggressive into the lane, isn’t a shutdown defender, and not a plus shooter.

I wish Toe, Parker, Edwards, and Turtle never played again.

Problem is, the other guys that are out there show moments where they make the dumbest decisions and we have to take them out. Crump sucked as a shooter with exception of a couple of shots. We really need some guys on the perimeter to start driving the lane and try to get to the free throw line more frequently.

exactly. we have a decent rotation if we keep it small. we will shorten it if any signs of success are shown.

problem is obviously in the backcourt and figuring out who will be the 4-5 guys getting time.

Im not a basketball guy but I randomly listened to some of Scott Howard’s broadcast today, final few minutes, and it excited me.

People shite on Howard but anyone who can make me interested in basketball on AM radio is a gifted individual.

I was surprised Hightower didn’t play more today. Was also surprised to hear Fox say Turtle didn’t play well. He was very critical in the presser.

Not that it wasn’t warranted but for the coach to say that publicly is pretty surprising.

Deeprig, we have moments where we really struggle and moments where we look very good. Frustrating thing is this team looks way better too to bottom than any other fox team we’ve had but for whatever reason they kill themselves with stupid play.

Yante is a Sr and All American. Could be a draft pick but today had 7 turnovers in the first half alone.

We get 3 games no matter what in this tournament, we should make the finals vs St Mary’s though. Will be our biggest test. Go Dawgs.
