That Maten feller is pretty good.

Was that Beth Moanins announcing basketball too? I was thinking we only had to tolerate her during football season. No I guess that’s another chick.

losing this game would have likely eliminated us, but we are keeping pace as a bubble team. the missouri and south carolina games could have really given us some cushion but alas, we are bubbling our dicks off

I actually thought it was a fine play. The guy just shot it with 2.5 on the clock instead of taking a couple more dribbles and getting a reasonable look.

Yes we are. Schedule is tough ahead too. Bright side lot of opportunities to get quality wins and road wins. My less optimistic side is nervous looking at the schedule figuring out how we get 20+ wins. Hope we continue to improve and find our identity. Opportunity is there.

If our guard play will show any signs of consistency we will be fine but they are so freaking Jekkyl and Hyde. They all have my mental where you think this bunch is really good and we will be fine and then moments where they make you think we won’t win a game. Jordan Harris is the biggest question mark on the team. It seems like he didn’t touch a Basketball after last season until we started camp. His shot sucks this year and has made some passes that make you scratch your head but he might be the most athletic kid on the team.

Only thing more surprising than Juwan making that 3 is that he didn't take 2 steps forward for a 2 point jumper. I wish my wife loved me as much as Juwan Parker loves a 2 point jump shot

I dunno who/where it was said first... but that's frickin' funny!

Most people have us in the tourney as of now. Sure would have been nice to have beaten USCjr and UMASS. Surely we’d be in and maybe ranked if we had won those two.

If we can beat Auburn and Arkansas I think we would position ourselves pretty well. The next two after that will be real tough but if we shoot the ball we will be competitive enough to win.

I don’t see UGA beating AU. They’re better and one of the best scoring teams in the country. Doesn’t bode well for a team like UGA, who can barely score 60 PPG in league play.

Good news is St. Marys upset Gonzaga and Bama upset Auburn. Makes those wins look better

Everything depends on how well we shoot the ball. We are the best defensive team in our conference, I think, and we are a lot bigger than them. If we score and rebound we will in.

This next stretch will make or break our season though. If we drop the next three we are done, if we take 2/3 we have a great chance. If we win 3/3 it will be very hard to keep us out.
