I've got drunken frivolity already planned ahead of a night game on Saturday. Would really cramp my style moving this thing up to Noon

I’m having to do something rare... work on Saturday. Moving it to noon assures I won’t get to see it unless I Velcro my tablet the dash of my truck and watch it on the way home.

I can’t find any reliable source anywhere that has even mentioned this as a possibility. If they put “vendors on notice,” this would be all over the place. You realize the logistical nightmare it is to move a game up 7 hours? It would be announced before they even had conversations about something like that.

It's going to be a noon game for me no matter what. If they play it at 7, I'll watch the DVR on noon Sunday. Because after Saturday night, we'll be a quarter of the way through the regular season....
I'm not going to miss a night of facemelter college football primetime watching a Beth Mowins Middle Tennessee game start to finish at 7pm so espn can make 25 cents more than they would if they broadcast it at noon.

basically every single uga reporter has mentioned it, the schools have met, it's in discussion, what more do you want?

Come on noon! Shoot a limit of teal by 8. Home by 830 with breakfast and a couple of bloody Mary’s. Game starts at 10, over by 1230. Nap til 130. Watch some other games til 5 and shoot a limit of doves by 7. I’m all in on this!

1 source says the two schools have talked about logistics as they always do and no decision would even be made on a potential change to the schedule until later on Friday

Let's just have them give us the W to spare their players from Injuries and keep our guys fresh haha

Yea, I saw a post that said that it’s stoll on for 7 as of now. My only worry for a noon game is what station were on. Idk what ESPN has on then and if we get thrown to sECN or SECN alternate or something

Not really looking forward to getting back to Atlanta at 2 A.M. and then waking up to tailgate for the Falcons game Sunday. I would welcome a noon game time.
Wuss...go stand in the corner and give up the barstool.

Should be 100 miles away at kickoff. It will still be bad weather at kickoff

“After extensive evaluation involving the uncertainly of weather conditions on the east coast, and consideration of all constituencies involved including fans, support staff, and law enforcement, the Saturday Georgia-Middle Tennessee State game has been moved from 7:15 p.m. to a 12 noon kickoff in Sanford Stadium.”
The game will be televised on ESPN News
