With Chaos all your hated foes would destroy your hunger games. With Chaos all falls. Obama dies, India and Pakistan nuke themselves, and I start jacking people for food. Is that what we want? Or can we figure out who to have a Georgia only poll?

Probably maybe though..... Non-czars will resent this poll and won't want to be a part of it, the more i think about it.
We're just going to be self-anointed e-czars having a circle jerk.

Soooo, quite a few options:
1) post open discussion and each members ballot, releasing a final ballot based on adding up individual ballots
1a) maybe or maybe not allowing others to vote out a ballot/remove member each week
2) have an open discussion and silent ballot
3) using email/group to talk off this site, then releasing final poll Monday evening
3a) also releasing individual polls so people can criticize some members picks
Any other options?
