They went 9-3 in the regular season and were playing in the Cap One bowl when he won it. They were decent.

fantastic interview really...
looks like his mind is set on pushing really hard in games this year and make a 'name' for himself for the draft. Can't be a bad thing...

of this. First time we ever saw Gurley. I'm surprised that pic isn't all over the place. It's perfect in both timing and aesthetics.

-Gurley in full stride with 3 centered and parallel to the horizon/surface.
-Defender's body language tells the story of the pic. "I give up man. Dude's too damn fast. shite."
-Sea of red and chamber-of-commerce-day perfect weather in background.
WHoever painted this picture also put little people up in the sky-boxes raising their arms and going ape shite which is a nice touch.

Was at that game and all I could do was laugh my arse off with my buddy. We both stopped and looked at each other and in perfect unison said "My God, a freshman!" Pretty good time. Although this was his third touch if it's the kick return. If memory serves he had a short run, then pounded it in at the goal line and then this was a bit later

FWIW I heard from some sources that Gurley gave up drinking May 1st and is really zoning in on this season
